2. Organization Mission & Values
Rashtra Seva Dal is committed to the values enshrined in the Preamble of the Constitution of India: Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity. All interactions, forum discussions, and event participation must adhere to principles of secularism, non-violence, mutual respect, and gender equality.
3. Volunteer Enrollment & User Information
When registering as a member or volunteer, you agree to provide authentic and accurate contact information. Rashtra Seva Dal reserves the right to reject or revoke membership for activities violating constitutional harmony or community safety.
4. Intellectual Property & Archival Content
Historical documents, photographs, song lyrics of Kala Pathak, writings of Sane Guruji, S. M. Joshi, and Sammelan archives published on this site are preserved for non-commercial educational, research, and public interest purposes. Attribution must be provided when referencing or citing organizational materials.
5. Event Registrations & Conduct
Participants attending conventions (such as the National Mahatma Phule Sammelan) and youth training camps must adhere to local organizer safety guidelines, venue discipline, and respectful collective dialogue.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, Rashtra Seva Dal shall not be held liable for unforeseen event schedule changes due to administrative or weather exigencies.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
